Returning to work or shifting into a new professional direction often comes with uncertainty, particularly in a job market shaped by technology and data. Many women who have stepped away for caregiving or personal reasons find themselves questioning how their experience fits into current workplace expectations. We at Untapped Potential know that skilling UP is critical, but many may not know which course to take. Data Analytics 101 is a terrific starting point. Why This Course?

Across industries, organizations rely on data to guide decisions and measure outcomes. As a result, professionals are increasingly expected to understand how data is collected, interpreted, and communicated. When Untapped Potentially initially spoke to industry professionals about what should women skillUP in to be prepared for today's workplace, "Data Analytics" was often the response. Data is used in every aspect of work whether it be HR, Marketing, Product Quality, or Finance.

This course helps lay the groundwork for any application relying on data. Data Analytics 101 focuses on foundational understanding rather than technical specialization. By starting with core concepts, participants can build confidence while gaining language that aligns with today’s workplace expectations.

Instead of overwhelming learners with tools, the course emphasizes comprehension and practical relevance. This approach allows participants to re-engage with professional learning at a steady pace.
