You'll learn of return-to-work pathways, flexible work opportunities, and career services grounded in real life, we’ve helped women reconnect with their professional identity and move forward with confidence.
Panel Moderator
Guided by Sarah Cody, Media Professional and Dir of PR at Middlesex Health will moderate our Lift Each Other UP Panel will feature women at different points along the career continuum: navigating transition, settling in to work following full-time parenting, and the working moms ever-present juggle. These are honest, grounded conversations designed to help women see themselves reflected in one another’s journeys. With a little bit of fun sprinkled in!

Our Panelists bring a wide range of experience from skillsets of Finance to IT/Engineering to Leadership/Marketing within industries of Insurance, Finance and Aerospace. They each have had different journey's navigating career-life continuum and benefitted from work with Untapped Potential in various ways. Their rich background full of institutional knowledge, strong interpersonal skills and make-it-happen attitude truly are representative of the broader talent in Untapped Potential's coveted demographic.
