As a participant in The Fearless Leader mentoring program you’ll come away with more tenacity, greater resilience, and stronger leadership capabilities.
During the 8-week program, you will be reading books and articles, doing weekly assignments and creative projects designed to increase your self-awareness & leadership skills. You'll network, meet new people, and be inspired by the cohort!
In support of our mission, Kathy offers one scholarship spot in each cohort for an Untapped Potential community member! The UP scholarship winner will need to invest between 6-8 hours per week on the weekly class, reading, and various program activities. The scholarship covers the large majority of the program tuition ($3,750), with the winner responsible for only a small fee of $375 which covers materials (books and assessments) due before the start of the program.
