“Finding peace in the pace” - Yogis Nijhon, VP Portfolio Development, Munich Re Ventures
Yogis joined Munich Re Ventures in a high-engagement role leveraging her expertise in delivering business growth through innovative investments and partnerships. Specifically, she is responsible for venture capital activities for the Hartford Steam Boiler Fund, one of the key funds that Munich Re Ventures manages. Yogis is involved in the exciting world of start-ups evaluating opportunities in topical areas such as IOT, cybersecurity and smart buildings.
As a seasoned Corporate Development professional with a background in both the financial and legal realm, Yogis has a wealth of experience in mergers & acquisitions, partnerships and ventures. With a professional track record working at marquee organizations such as Johnson Controls and Caterpillar and in industries spanning financial services to mining and construction and having worked across four continents, Yogis is truly a global citizen!
