Dr. Karen Perham-Lippman, CDP®, is Senior Manager, Global Inclusion & Belonging, with Otis Worldwide. She is a speaker, author, and caregiver, and holds a Certified Diversity Professional credential and a certification in Ethics of AI from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Karen is also a member of Disability:IN's Mental Wellness Committee.
She will share an industry perspective, drawing on her broad range of experience.
