Jill Wallace, Client Relationship Coordinator, Metrum Research Group
Jill manages Metrum Research Group’s Client Relations. An opt-outer who focused on family for 16 years, Jill successfully launched via a Flexreturn™ through Untapped Potential Inc following our Speed Interview Event in 2018.
A tremendous asset with over 12 years of experience in both people and project management from application development through project implementation. She developed coveted client management skills through progressive promotion across various industries including airline, legal, consulting services, and insurance. Prior to Metrum she worked for Northwest Airlines, ESP Software Services, Inc. and Thomson Reuters serving executives with IT services.
At Metrum, as a member of the Business Operations team, Jill facilitates contract negotiations and liaises between Metrum scientists and clients during the proposal process.
Jill is a busy mom of 4 who also hosts exchange students as part of the AFS Intercultural Programs. In addition, she volunteered as a Media Center Consultant at her children’s school. Her advice: start engaging, you’ll get your professional jargon back!
