Meet Panelist: Katie Lucca

Katie Lucca is a Senior Manager of Accounts at Zero Gravity Marketing, where she leads client strategy, team development, and execution across integrated digital marketing programs. With over nine years of experience in marketing and client services, she specializes in client services leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and translating complex initiatives into measurable business results.

Katie re-entered the workforce through a Flexreturn™️Engagement in 2017 after a ten-year career pause, providing sales and marketing support to a start up in the wearable app space while rebuilding professional momentum. She has since built a successful agency career across digital marketing roles, most recently at Zero Gravity Marketing in Madison, Connecticut, where she joined as a Senior Account Executive and has since earned two promotions — most recently to Senior Manager of Accounts.

Katie's early career was in Sales/Account Management in Insurance, Finance and Retail Industries. Katie is a graduate of University of Notre Dame. During her pause, Katie served as PTO President and was active with volunteering and youth sports.

Based in Simsbury, Connecticut, Katie is a mother of two teenagers and values the perspective and leadership skills developed through nonlinear career paths. During her career pause, she developed transferable leadership skills in communication, prioritization, and adaptability — experiences that continue to shape her leadership approach today.
