Implementation Project Manager, SAP SuccessFactors
Provide leadership, project management, strategic alignment, and technical expertise to enable the implementation of technology solution SAP SuccessFactors across 83 countries, working with a 400+ project team.
 Established solid project planning and monitoring guidelines, Jira standards, risk/issue management, communication plan, project status updates, and reporting standards.
 Developed the Project Governance and Onboarding documents to ensure consistent high-quality outcomes and streamline status reporting.
 Consistently identified opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies, including workflow optimization, streamlining information sharing and collaboration and optimizing status report meetings.
 Curated a recovery template for teams, enabling efficiency, consistency, and quality across workstreams.
