Suzlon Energy Limited is an Indian wind turbine manufacturer based in Pune, India. It was formerly ranked by MAKE as the world's fifth largest wind turbine supplier. Globally, Suzlon has installed over 17000 MW of wind power capacity in 18 countries
• Worked at the Suzlon corporate headquarters and oversaw the day-to-day delivery of Human Resources services to approximately 150 employees of the Operation and Maintenance (OMS) division.
• Worked closely with Covid Task Force Team, Suzlon Health & Safety Team to ensure appropriate communication has been shared with all 150 employees, 1:1 engagement with each of these employees and monitored the survey to ensure safety of our employee force.
• Worked with senior executives (CXO level), department heads, and HRBPs of other client groups to formulate corporate policies and roll it out to the larger organization.
• Conducted more than 70 one-on-ones with employees to understand their job profile and career aspirations and worked with their managers to develop career development plan for them. An overall assessment of the group was presented to the COO.
• Partnered with department manager to develop staffing requirement, communicated it to the recruitment team, interviewed candidates and managed the recruitment cycle to complete the staffing requirement within the timeline.

Door Step School (DSS), Volunteer 2018

The aim of addressing illiteracy amongst the marginalized sections of society. The school provides education and support to the often-forgotten children of pavement and slum dwellers, construction site families and many other underprivileged families.

· Volunteered at the DSS led initiative, “Abhivyakti” meaning expression, covered the event, interviewed teachers & trainers on the initiative and published an article for their volunteer newsletter.

· Volunteered to gather information from various construction sites where migrants with children resided, spoke to builders about partnering with DSS and encouraging platform for construction worker families.

A flagship social initiative of the Government of Andhra Pradesh. Unique in the approach, it involves NRIs to contribute towards the development of the sunrise state. The objective comprises of digitally training the teachers of Andhra Pradesh.
As part of our ‘Teacher Support Program’, we have already trained 200 teachers (2017) with the help of 100 undergraduate interns. The plan to expand program reach to 2500+ government schools across the state.
