Deliver to the architect or furniture dealership for CD development. Manage Steelcase furniture dealership for office furniture order and delivery. Prepare, review & level bid packages from GC bidders for Fit-out projects. Construction management through site visits & follow-up with all contractors, coordination with IT, and Move/furniture Installation coordination/followup. Manage Annual Capital Expense budget and process for funding requests, invoice processing ensuring timely delivery and budget. Reporting to Realogy, through the Clarizen PM system.
