We enjoyed gathering with the Untapped Potential Community of peers, mentors coaches at our virtual Holiday Luncheon.
Participants enjoyed some virtual fun, inspiration from participants reflecting on the year and a recap regarding 2021 workplace trends and their impact of women seeking to return-to-work or to achieve a better work-life balance.
Jennifer Frederick, UP’s Client Relationship Director, presented progress and statistics of women and work in her year end summary. She also highlighted the wins and accomplishments of Untapped Potential moving the needle for gender equity in 2021.
The audience also got a sneak peak of our upcoming branding changes from Nicole Kodak of Untapped Potential.
Lastly, Founder Candace Freedenberg announced Avatar Awards for deserving Candidate, AlumnI and Mentor contributing to their own career advancement as well as Untapped Potential’s Community goals.
