My career has been built across multi‑site, multi‑region environments in the U.S., Canada, and Latin America, as well as hands-on leadership within a successful Connecticut-based business. This combination gives me a uniquely practical, grounded approach to people, culture, and operational excellence.
I have led HR functions through acquisitions, restructures, rapid growth, and organizational transitions, consistently stabilizing teams, resolving complex employee relations issues, and building systems that improve performance and compliance. My work includes designing HR infrastructure, leading investigations, implementing workforce planning models, optimizing processes, and coaching leaders through change.
As a business owner and consultant, I’ve supported startups and small businesses in building compliant, scalable HR and operational foundations. I understand firsthand the pressures leaders face — from staffing and scheduling to culture, customer experience, and financial decision-making — and I translate that insight into practical, actionable HR strategy.
