The National Women's Legal Center (NWLC) offers a specific fund to help those that face workplace issues to ensure gender equity is addressed. Untapped Potential works to increase gender equity by returning women to their caliber following care giving. Through that work, in light of the "me too" movement and now as the numbers indicate women are being more significantly impacted at work due to COVID-19, we've all learned that more support is needed for women to be heard. We need the efforts of the NWLC's advocates, experts, and lawyers who fight for gender justice, taking on issues that are central to the lives of women and girls. They drive change in the courts, in public policy, and in our society, especially for women facing multiple forms of discrimination.
