About the Event

CT has thriving industries that rely on engineering, quality, supply chain, Project Management and other skills our Talent are strong in. We invite leaders in Manufacturing, Aerospace, Utilities, CleanTECH and CPG to share growth projections, typical skill needs and how these industries support diversity and gender equity.

Women belong in these male dominated fields! In the past we've returned chemical, nuclear, optical, mechanical, metallurgical, hydro-mechanical engineers, physicists, quality control, PM, IT, finance and HR resources to manufacturing, aerospace and utility fields.

After a recap of how UP works and introduction of participating companies, we'll use break out rooms to run meet-ups between forward-thinking clients and return-to-work candidates.
