Return Women to...BioTECH and Pharma

We invite leaders in growth fields such as  BioTECH and Pharma to share their thoughts on industry and business growth, typical skill needs, and how these industries support diversity and gender equity.

 

This is an efficient way to meet the talent you need while letting our Candidates' skills shine.  Our caregivers who opted-out to raise their families, provide elder care, or other scenarios--bring not only their professional skillsets but newly honed skills of empathy, multi-tasking, and leadership!

After a recap of how UP works and an introduction to participating companies, we'll use break-out rooms to run meet-ups between forward-thinking clients and return-to-work candidates.
