About the Event
We invite leaders in Start-Ups/Women-owned, Small Businesses, Non-Profits & Higher Education to share their thoughts on growth in their respective industries, typical skill needs, and how these industries support diversity and gender equity.
Often returners want to return to entities where they can make a difference. They seek to play a pivotal role in a small business, to work in a purpose-driven role and wish to engage their skills in a flexible way where they are not just a 'cog in a wheel.' After a recap of how UP works and introduction of participating companies, we'll use break out rooms to run meet-ups between forward-thinking clients and return-to-work candidates.
