Jean has more than 20 years of experience in corporate training and educational services working with clients such as The Travelers, The Hartford Insurance Company, CIGNA, and Dynagrid Construction. Jean has a passion for enhancing employee performance in the workplace and beyond. She has served a variety of clients, customizing educational sessions to meet customer needs. 

Her areas of expertise include corporate communications, change management, negotiation skills, team building, conflict management, and executive coaching. Jean has worked for Untapped Potential, delivering both corporate and candidate-centric learning and development services.

She has a Master’s of Science Degree in Corporate and Technical Communications from Rensselaer at Hartford and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration specializing in Marketing from Marquette University
