A National Certified Counselor (NCC), Deb has supported Untapped Potential's Candidates as a Speaker, Coach and Mock Interviewer. She helps her clients explore their career options and enhance their job search skills. Deb covers practically every aspect of job seeking, from reviewing résumés  (or our Profile) to coaching candidates on networking and interview skills. She conducts skills inventory and reviews strategies on how to manage salary negotiations.
