About the Event

Join us for a panel exploring the "Cultural Shift in Understanding Work-Life Balance," a discussion hosted by M&T Bank Center for Women & Business at Quinnipiac University.

As an Untapped Potential Community Member, you've no doubt come up against trade-offs, compromises, and sacrifices in finding the optimal paid work situation that gives you professional and personal fulfillment. The Covid-19 pandemic exposed the myth that most jobs need to take place in the office full-time to provide full value to employers. The silver lining for primary caregivers was that it enabled a swift transformation to work from home possibilities for many. With the crisis in the rearview, where are work cultures shifting or settling today?

What are the trends and considerations that help or hinder primary caregivers in the workplace?

The Event serves as a terrific opportunity for #returners to network with industry professionals while understanding how the culture of work is shifting towards meeting those with dual responsibilities.
