skillUP - Data Analytics

Broaden your understanding of the data analytics field, technologies and the terrific career opportunities of this field!

This 6 week course shares  basics of data analytics including understanding of structured and unstructured data, data ingestion/storage and data consumption. It also provides information about various types of analytics: descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, prescriptive. You'll learn not become an analytics expert, but you'll learn the concept of data "visualization " as well as machine learning.

The course meets each Monday and will be taught by Yogesh Kuvelkar through our partner Our Second Innings.

These sessions are designed by industry experts and are beneficial for our returners as they target  mid-career professionals who have some level of business understanding and want to further their skill sets for better career opportunities. Emphasis is on application of tools for applying analytical  skills in business settings. To get the maximum benefit out of the  course, you should have some experience working with excel files, be  able to operate computers and install software as needed.

Certificates of completion will be given at the end of each course.
