Thriving industries rely on engineering, quality, supply chain, Project Management and other skills that our Talent is strong in. We invite leaders in Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Utilities, and CleanTECH to share growth projections, typical skill needs and how these industries support diversity and equity.

Women belong in these male-dominated fields! We've returned chemical, nuclear, optical, mechanical, metallurgical, hydro-mechanical engineers. Not to mention physicists, quality control, PM, IT, finance and HR resources to robotics, manufacturing, aerospace and utility fields. Women will impact food, auto, smart weapons, semiconductor fab and climate industries. These growth industries rely on a wide range of professional skill sets for success.
