Thriving industries rely on engineering, quality, supply chain, Project Management and other skills that our Talent are strong in. We invite leaders in Manufacturing, Aerospace, Utilities, CleanTECH and CPG to share growth projections, typical skill needs and how these industries support diversity and equity.

Women belong in these male dominated fields! We've returned chemical, nuclear, optical, mechanical, metallurgical, hydro-mechanical engineers, physicists, quality control, PM, IT, finance and HR resources to robotics, manufacturing, aerospace and utility fields. Women will impact food, auto, smart weapons, semiconductor fab and climate industries. These growth industries rely on a wide range of professional skill sets for success.

After a recap of how UP works and introduction of participating companies, we'll use break out rooms to run meet-ups between forward-thinking clients and return-to-work candidates.
