We invite leaders in Purpose-driven Work to share their passion for their entity, typical skill needs, and how newcomers can enter and thrive aligning their experience to these needs.
Often returners want to return to entities where they can make a difference. They seek to play a pivotal role in a small business, to work in a purpose-driven role in a non-profit and wish to engage their skills in a flexible way where they are not just a 'cog in a wheel.'
