Guest speaker Rose Mihaly will impart wisdom garnered by observing her Dad, an Italian immigrant, at the business he founded, grew and expanded over the course of 50+ years. Those early childhood lessons served Rose well as she found herself in leadership roles rarely occupied by women. While she was a student and continuing throughout her executive business career in the outdoor recreation, financial services, manufacturing and professional services industries, Rose leveraged her creativity, originality, fearlessness, and a love for learning to fuel her success in often ambiguous assignments.
