An opportunity to practice your elevator pitch and interview technique.

Mock interviews are an essential step in preparing for your return-to-work journey. Established candidates in the UP community are welcome, as well as those attending the Returner's Accelerator Event just prior! It's always a good time to practice.

You'll get valuable feedback and a sense of direction for future interviews.

Prepare by creating your Elevator Pitch and S.T.A.R. Interview Stories.  Business casual dress and take care with your background and what is shown. Remove any distractions and backlighting situations. If on your phone, take care to put it in a stand positionted at eye level and in  solid propped position that won't move when you talk.  See more interview tips.
