Join the UP community as we meet for a fun night of confidence-building and community. We know that all job seekers face a crisis of confidence at some point in their job search and returners feel it more deeply than others. 

UP supports you in gaining confidence in your return to work. The stepped approach to polishing your pitch, creating a profile that represents your interests and skills, and interview prep all are designed to provide you with tools that bring confidence. The number one thing that holds job seekers of all types back is confidence. Confidence brings success, so we're having a night all about that!

Host Mary Carangelo is an entrepreneur, fashion therapist, and expert in helping women feel comfortable in the image they are projecting through their style. She provides fashion tips for not only making you look good but feel your best. When you feel your best, you radiate confidence. 

When returning to work, the last thing you want to worry about is the image you are projecting. Do you feel like you only have a few styles on endless repeat - Busy Mom errands attire, and an overabundance of casualwear? Mary will take us through how to hone in on the style that works for you and gives you confidence. In addition, she'll let us know about office wear trends and what types of things to expect in business attire today. If that is even still a category!
