You've heard it more than once during Covid, small businesses power our economy. Pre-covid female entrepreneurship was on the rise. Many in our return-to-work pool want tor apply their skills to purpose-driven missions.
Here is an opportunity to let your skills shine! We'll learn growth in mission-based companies, non-profits as well as higherEd. What typical skills are needed and how these major sectors support diversity and gender equity.
After a recap of how UP works and introduction of participating companies, we'll use break out rooms to run meet-ups between froward-thinking clients and return-to-work candidates.
