2018 Lift Each Other UP panelist, Kelly, has 15+ years experience in major manufacturing companies in a variety of functional areas including program management, marketing,

engineering and Six Sigma.

She opted back in 2 1/2 year ago at United Technologies after being out of the workforce for 9 years. She lives in Simsbury, CT with her husband & 3 children ages 16, 14 & 11. She has a BS in metallurgical engineering from Michigan Technology University and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon.
