Untapped Potential has been in the Return-to-work movement since 2015! As the pandemic has driven women out of the workforce in record numbers and the workforce has grown in its flexibility, there is a unique demand for educated, experienced talent that Untapped Potential cultivates. Our virtual Return-to-work Week for Women ensures top-female talent can engage with industry - while social distancing. We make the 'invisible', visible!

After a brief overview of the return-to-work movement and our progammatic approach, you'll learn what to expect for the week. Attending companies share their industry growth, typical skill needs and how they support diversity.
Each industry specific session, we'll use break out rooms to run meet-ups between forward-thinking clients and return-to-work candidates. Today's session follows the kick-off focusing on BioTECH, Healthcare and Pharma.
