Kelly has 15+ years of experience in major manufacturing companies in a variety of functional areas including program management, marketing, engineering and Six Sigma.

She opted back in 2 1/2 years ago at United Technologies after being out of the workforce for 9 years. She has a BS in metallurgical engineering from Michigan Technology University and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon.
