So glad I got to spend time with these make-it-happen women! Following the event to spur our Candidates into politics at University of St. Joseph’s Women’s Leadership Council Event, I ran into University of St. Joseph’s President, Rhona Free and West Hartford Councilman, Judy Casperson at the St. Francis Miracles Gala.
