Love has a solid reputation of management of financials aspects of organizations including budget, revenue pipeline management, burn rate management etc.- Very hands on approach in understanding problems, deciding and comprehending possible solutions and taking quick decisions for resolving problems. Love has been at Travelers for four years.

In addition, he founded Our Second Innings which is a non profit aimed at providing mid-career professionals with skills in the field of Data Analytics, Cloud and cyber security so that they can find better job opportunities in their fields. Love has a BE from dan Mohan Malaviya Engineering College, Gorakhpur and an MBA from Yale University.
